Join us Feb 7th for an Introduction to the World of Mushrooms + Fungi with a Mushroom Tasting too!!!

Enjoy an evening of cooking with mushrooms and learning about their bounty and wonder.  Together we navigate the complex web & ancient world of edible + medicinal mushrooms. Learn the basic life cycle and biology of mushrooms and their Fungal relatives.  We go through how mushrooms exist in nature to better understand how they grow and how they nourish us. 

Together we will enjoy, taste, and learn ways to prepare them. 

Learn ways to integrate mushrooms into your diet and fun ways to cook with them.

We will also enjoy a long brewed Reishi tea, a potent medicinal mushroom tea.

Feel free to bring any wild mushrooms you find around that time to see if we can ID them too!

Cost of Class ranges from $15-40 sliding scale* or $80 if you pay it forward**

*Sliding Scale: Please refer to the Green Bottle Diagram pictured that explains what we mean by sliding scale and how you might want to register for the class

** Pay it Forward covers your entry and gives us the opportunity to offer a no-stings attached scholarship to someone interested in taking this class.

All sales final, no refunds, you can offer your seat to someone else though!
