Each Winter we travel to southern California and harvest fruits for many of our oxymel offerings…this year we are sharing the harvest with you direct!
Citrus fruits are our big love next to mushrooms and we ever so grateful to be able to gather fresh lemons, oranges, blood oranges, grapefruits, pomelos and other kinds of citrus for our medicine making and of course edible delights.
Besides citrus we comes across other varieties of fruits, avocados, nuts and more. It exciting to see what’s in peak harvest and season when we visit friends farms and gardens.
All fruit is from NO spray trees on private land.
