MycoFest 12 – An Immersive Celebration of Fungi, Ecology, and Community

Join us August 2026 for the 12th annual MycoFest, an unforgettable weekend celebrating fungi, ecology, and community at the beautiful Four Quarters Interfaith Sanctuary.

Nestled in the forests of the Appalachian mountains, this incredible sanctuary provides the perfect setting for our most immersive MycoFest yet. In 2026 we are elevating the experience with premium camping, deeper ecological exploration, and the most all-inclusive foraging experience we have ever offered.

MycoFest continues to evolve beyond traditional lecture-style conferences. Instead, we focus on hands-on learning, interactive workshops, guided forays, and skill-sharing experiences led by some of the most knowledgeable educators in mycology, permaculture, and ecological stewardship.

Whether you're a seasoned mycophile, a wild food enthusiast, or just beginning your journey into the fungal kingdom, MycoFest offers an opportunity to learn directly from the landscape and from each other.
