Whats an oxymel?
Its an extract made from honey + vinegar, the only small difference is that we have added a small, yet very concentrated portion of the oxymel with a cordyceps cold water extract...this oxymel is alcohol free and shelf stable but we do suggest shaking before use…
Cordyceps is a powerhouse mushroom! We make all our extracts in small hand crafted batches...big love and care goes into this :)

Studies have shown that Cordycepin, the sought after active compound in cordyceps, extracts better in acid solutions like, vinegars and lemon juices. Our Cordyceps Oxymel has been tested by Ian Bollinger from Oakland Hyphae/Cup and shown that, out of the dozens of extracts of cordyceps tested, ours, being the only Oxymel, was the highest in active compounds and even Tryptamines.
