We are IN LOVE with Hot Chili Oil!

Initially this recipe came from our friend Shanhuan Manton who learned this technique from family who have roots in China but Shanhuan and I elevated it one day when we experimented and now we are hooked to making this oil!

We infuse the oil with various wild foraged mushrooms and pour it hot over chili flakes!

All Chili flakes used in our oil are sourced from my village in Greece, we call these chilis, Tsouskes

Two options are available:

Hot Chili oil with NY STATE Foraged Mushrooms

(Xanthoconium separans, Lilac Bolete)

OR

Hot Chili Oil with Foraged Mushrooms from GREECE

( Macrolepiota procera, Boletus edulis + Agaricus crocodilinus)
